Happy Saturday friends! We were privileged today to welcome Ms. Nirmala with Freedom Kit Bags to RLCV. We were left both informed and inspired!

Freedom Kit Bags is a non-profit ngo dedicated to breaking down stigmas surrounding menstruation by providing education and Nepali made, high quality reusable feminine hygiene products.

We look forward to empowering our girls to take pride in their periods and to utilizing sanitary, sustainable feminine hygiene practices. As was reinforced today, while menstruating "we can do anything we want!"
